Qatar Bloodstock Celebrate Another Aussie Winner

 In 2014

Qatar Bloodstock have made significant investment in Australian bloodstock in recent years and posted another winner at Bairnsdale on Tuesday with Brevity, a $210,000 Inglis Easter purchase from the Widden draft.

Transferred to Robert Smerdon after two lacklustre runs for Peter Moody, Brevity put the best foot forward to break her maiden over 1600 metres by a length at her fourth start.

The three year-old filly  is apparently the seventh winner from nine fillies purchased by David Redvers at Inglis Easter in 2013 for Qatar Bloodstock.

A daughter of Bernardini (USA), Brevity is the first winner for Group III placed More Than Ready (USA) mare Rose Darmore, who comes from the family of champion filly Triscay and Group I winners Demerger, Defier and La Baraka.
